Performing requires a close connection with text, a song, or movement helping perfomers speak with sincerity and conviction, changing their threshold for nervousness.

Performing in front of others helps sharpen quick thinking skills. Acting spontaneously and assertively, regardless of the setting, builds a strong sense of confidence.

Performing requires awareness of expression, posture and physical presence. To understand how body position relays a message helps shape how a person carries themselves.

Performing is always a team sport. Students collaborate to rehearse and put together a polished product.
